Mindful Taichi in the Park - October Series

  

Join us for gentle evening Taichi at West Park (near the silos), every Monday & Wednesday, 6:00–7:00 PM.
Breathe, move, and connect with nature and community.

If it rains, class will be rescheduled to Saturday morning or moved online.
Check your email/text for updates 2 hours before class.

All levels welcome — bring water, comfort, and an open heart.
