    • Calmer mind & better sleep: Breath-led practice to soften stress and support rest.
    • Community & encouragement: A warm, respectful space to move at your own pace.

Our approach is trauma-informed and choice-based. You’re invited to notice, rest, or skip any movement at any time.

    Frequently asked questions

    Do I need prior experience?
No. We start simple and repeat key patterns so your body can learn at a relaxed pace.

Can I stay seated the whole time?
Yes. Every movement has a chair-friendly version, including balance training.

Is this safe for arthritis or osteoporosis?
Movements are low-impact and emphasize alignment and control. We avoid twisting under load and long end-range holds. Share your needs and we’ll suggest options.

    What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes with good contact. Bring a light layer for cool-down.

How does the Zoom option work?
You’ll receive a link after registration. Set your camera where we can see your posture (optional), place a stable chair nearby, and keep water handy.

What if I use a cane or walker?
You’re welcome. We’ll show variations you can do with support.

    Can my caregiver attend?
Yes—care partners are encouraged to join at no cost.

    Weather & accessibility (in-person):
If outdoors, we’ll email same-day updates for weather. Indoor locations are ADA-accessible with chairs provided.
