Taichi for Workplace Wellness

Why Taichi at work?

  • Stress down, clarity up: Slow, rhythmic movement settles the nervous system and boosts attention.
  • Ergonomic relief: Shoulder, neck, and lower-back resets for screen fatigue.
  • Burnout prevention: Short, repeatable practices that restore energy during the day.
  • Human connection: Choice-based, judgment-free sessions that strengthen trust and morale.

Our approach is trauma-informed and accessibility-first. All movements can be done standing or seated—no special clothing needed.

Program formats (pick one or mix & match)

1) Micro-Breaks (10–20 min)
Guided “move + breathe” resets between meetings. Perfect for all-hands, offsites, or recurring team breaks.

2) Weekly Class (30–60 min)
A steady rhythm for stress relief, posture, and focus. Virtual, on-site, or hybrid.

3) 4-Week Series
Cumulative skills for lasting impact: balance, relaxed power, and self-regulation.

4) Workshop / Retreat Module (60–90 min)
Deep dive for leadership retreats, ERGs, wellness days, or safety stand-downs.
