How it works:

  • You provide the space and coordinate the group

Library Staff Wellness Sessions – Carmel Clay Public Library (CCPL)

 Date: November 11, 2025
Location: CCPL Meeting Room B

Mindful Taichi Co. offered two guided wellness sessions for the Carmel Clay Public Library team, focusing on relaxation, standing meditation, and silk-reeling practice. This program was part of our ongoing commitment to making accessible, trauma-informed mind–body education available in workplace and community settings.
